 What information do we collect about you? 

Polmont Community Hub collects some personal data when you sign up to our newsletters, lease our rooms, become a volunteer or member   We also collect website usage information using cookies on our main website https://polmontcommunityhub.co.uk

How will we use the information about you? 

We use your information when we send our monthly newsletter or special contact related to the interests you indicated when you signed up. 

We use information collected during bookings/initial registration with us, to contact you about your reservation, as well as sharing relevant updates and invitations to events. 

We use information collected from the website and social media to make general analysis of the pages and posts that are visited or interacted with. This data does not contain any personal details about you. 

Will we share your personal data?

    We will never sell or share your personal data with anyone outside of Polmont Community Hub, except when required to do so legally such as to law enforcement agencies.

    Your personal data will not be shared between separate PCH projects – if you are on a mailing list for one project you will not be added to any other mailing lists unless you request to sign up. 

    All collected data is held securely on password protected databases, using servers sited in the EU, and subject to EU data protection law. 

How can you access, delete, or amend your personal data?

    Under EU data protection regulations (GDPR) individuals have specific rights regarding their personal data: 

    The right to be informed about how personal data is being used 

    The right to access one’s personal data 

    The right to prevent use of personal data 

    The right to correct or erase personal information

    You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and we will let you know within 30 days. You can also ask us to correct or erase your personal information.
